1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit or full payment (as specified) must be made.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateways, or in person.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once payment is received.

2. Pricing Policy

3. Cancellations and Refunds

    • 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee

    • 15–29 days: 25% cancellation fee

    • 7–14 days: 50% cancellation fee

    • Less than 7 days: No refund

    International Tours:

    • As per the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, ID cards) are valid and in order.

  • We are not liable for any delays or issues due to incorrect or missing documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical, trip cancellation, or other unforeseen events.

  • Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated in the package.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • In rare cases, Daksh Tour and Travels may cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, or insufficient bookings).

  • In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Daksh Tour and Travels acts only as an agent for various independent service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).

  • We are not liable for any delays, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from services provided by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for natural disasters, flight delays, strikes, or any events beyond our control.

8. Conduct & Responsibility

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during tours.

  • Any unlawful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, descriptions) is the property of Daksh Tour and Travels and may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law
